Broadband RequirementsThe Fast, Reliable and Secure Connection That is Always Connected!

Twin Lakes broadband is provided through an advanced fiber network. Many locations are served by direct fiber to your home, while others are served by a combination of fiber and copper. These technologies allow us to offer broadband and other services such as phone and TV to you with speed and reliability. Twin Lakes works continuously to improve its network to bring you better, faster, and more services. Twin Lakes offers speeds of up to 50 Mbps for Residential customers and 1000 Mbps (1 GIG) for Business customers.

  • Twin Lakes' routers offer:
    Integrated high-power 802.11n access point
  • Security for your Wi-Fi network
  • Robust firewall protection
  • Quality of Service (QoS) support

Modems, Modem/Routers and Wi-Fi Extenders can be purchased at any Twin Lakes Business Office.  For more information please call us at your local office. These routers are not required but are strongly suggested as we cannot provide technical support to routers not purchased from us. If you choose to downgrade your broadband speed you will be subject to a $25.00 fee that will be added to your next statement.

Static IP service to Dynamic IP service:

Twin Lakes is working hard for our members to have the best broadband services possible. We are in the process of changing from Static IP service to Dynamic IP service, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). This change will help us to better handle your busy needs and provide more friendly plug and play networking. We will be contacting you to assist you in converting from your current static IP to a dynamic IP address. Remember that Twin Lakes will never ask for your personal information and this won't be any different. Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation as we advance with this conversion.
