Your first bill will have prorated charges from the day your service was installed through the end of the next month. Example: If your service is installed on August 2nd, in between our standard billing cycle, you will receive your first bill on September 1st. That bill will have charges from August 2nd through August 31st, plus the full month of September. Services are billed for the current month in advance. Bills are generated on the 1st of the month and payment is due by the 15th. Our long distance billing cycle runs from the 16th to the 15th of the month.
Your total bill must be paid in full before your service is reconnected. If your bill has a past due balance that you cannot pay, please contact your local office to discuss payment options.
If you are streaming HD video online, along with basic browsing online, we typically recommend a minimum of a 250 Mbps download speed or more. If you are using multiple devices in your home, streaming video and do online gaming all at the same time, you may require a speed of 250 or higher.
