Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA)
Twin Lakes is compliant with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) codified in the United States Code and implemented by Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) rules and regulations. Twin Lakes has submitted to the FCC its CALEA policies and procedures pursuant to Section 1.20005 of the FCC’s rules.
Red Flag
Twin Lakes is compliant with the Red Flag Rules established by the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) pursuant to the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (“FACTA”). Twin Lakes has adopted a Red Flag program, which is updated periodically and is designed to detect, prevent, and mitigate instances of identity theft involved with the opening of covered accounts.
Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)
Twin Lakes is compliant with FCC rules and regulations implemented pursuant to Section 222 of the Communications Act of 1934, as Amended, regarding the collection of Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”).
